Mention it in a channel
Type @SearchFit with a question in any channel it has joined. The answer arrives in a thread under your message.
Keep talking in the thread
Reply in a thread it has answered and it replies again, no second mention needed. It reads the thread back, so follow ups keep their context.
Message it directly
Ask in a direct message or in Slack's assistant pane, which opens with suggested questions to start from.
Ask privately with /searchfit
The slash command answers where only you can see it, so a question about competitors never lands in the channel.
Check the Home tab
See your visibility score, when the last scan ran and the latest score per AI engine. Before the first scan it says so instead of showing zero.

Answers come from the read only tools of the SearchFIT MCP server, pinned to the one brand this workspace is connected to.

Anything the read only SearchFIT tools can look up for your brand: AI visibility across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, DeepSeek and Grok, tracked prompts, competitors, content and keywords.
No. Each Slack workspace connects to one brand, and every question is pinned to that brand on our side, whatever the message asks for.
The access of the person who installed it. Everyone who can message the app sees that brand's data, so install it into a workspace where that is fine.
No. In Slack it reads and answers. Generating content, publishing and audits stay in the SearchFIT app.
A /searchfit answer is visible only to you. A mention is answered in a thread in that channel, and a direct message is answered in the conversation.
Disconnect Slack on the brand's Connectors page. That uninstalls the app from your workspace and clears the link. Removing the app from Slack's own settings clears the link too.
